What does that mean?

We take over the entire process of renting out your property when you are not there.

This includes:

• Marketing your accommodation on our website, external platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, E-Domizil and Leukerbad Tourism and on social media.
• Expressive photos of your accommodation to present it in the best possible way
• Price control and short-term adjustments or promotions. In this way, we ensure the competitiveness of your accommodation on the national vacation rental market.
• Communication with guests as a point of contact for the entire consultation and booking process, providing information about the accommodation and the surrounding area, answering all questions, offering security, creating customer loyalty
• Communication in German, French, English, Italian and Bulgarian. We cover other languages using translation tools. This means that we can also provide every guest with the best possible advice and service internationally.
• Process bookings, create guest cards, settle visitor’s taxes, create invoices and ensure receipt of payment, quarterly billing with payment of rental income for you as the owner
• Reception of guests, handover of keys, personal support during the stay through to departure
• Final check after guests’ departure, professional cleaning and laundry service
• Organize fitters and accompany repair work

You can reserve your vacation accommodation directly on the website using a code and thus block dates when the accommodation is not available for guests. You choose whether and which service you would like from us for your personal stay.

We take care of everything else in the background with dedication, so that you can enjoy your property and always know that you are well looked after in between.
